Easy Veggie Meal Plans
I’m considering this seriously – although, I’m not a large guy (high metabolism ; ), losing lots of weight at first wont really be healthy for me.
Any ideas on the matter are welcome – though I’m still likely to go raw within the week…[thank you !]
@xmathyxdreaminfecter It is decidedly not raw. If you still want milk, make some raw almond milk. I’d recommend simply googling it.
I’m currently on day 2 of my detox and I feel terrible. I’m so tired and bloated, my energy levels are so much lower than usual. Last time I detoxed which was a year ago, I felt happy and energetic. Who knew I could accumulate so much crap into my body that a year later I feel terrible when eating only raw.
I’m convinced. Starting tomorrow.
Yeah that happened to me too, and I couldn’t believe how bad I felt, but at least I knew it was doing some good for by body.
I remember starting this last year and I was only about 70% raw, but I still detoxed big time and felt like I had the flu, without having the flu. So I am starting it again today, yay cos I know I’m doing some good for my body.

you have amazing skin…was it always that nice or after you started eating raw food?
Also is it a problem that I can’t afford organic food and only buy regular things to eat ?

I need to use the Manuka honey so sparingly! They even say that I can eat it for good health, but….. It goes fast if you eat it. And, it tastes great.

Thank you for the video, it helps to watch these as I am going through it. I have been raw for a week now, and honestly my brain feels like it is all fogged up. I have trouble concentrating and I feel rather light-headed. Do you think this will pass as you said? I have read and studied much before starting, so I know my diet is well-balanced. Thanks for any help you may have.
Thank you for this amazing video. I’m going through a raw food detox right now and I feel like SH*T! I feel like I’m getting a bad flu and am going through some weird high and low blood sugar levels. My body is freaking out! I’m hoping it’ll only be a few more days until it knows what to do with REAL food! Thanks!

do you ever miss food? raw diet is only legumes, vegetables and fruits, right? not even bread…
also, does one experience a bit of memory loss? I only ate fruits and vegetables for 2 days and already started to forget things
