    Tinned vegetables have been shown to contain much lower nutrient levels than their frozen equivalents, use good quality frozen peas or if you grew them yourself and picked them within 2hrs fresh peas.
    Another tip, if you don’t want the garlic breath remove the greenish centre/core of the garlic clove. Hell roast the garlic and add some mint to the the peas also, we are cooking right?
