		<description>@comedianravikissoon unless you use raw rice flour (basmati or a brown) and create a dehydrated flat bread or taco you can&#039;t really call it raw, but as philip said even eating 80 percent raw is a great thing. just be careful how much rice you use. remember to look at the plate and put 20 percent rice and 80 percent veggies, as much green as you can. green drinks also help get the enzymes into your body...as for more protein...try quinoa instead of rice...it makes a whole protein good luck</description>
