And I add sun dried tomatoes to my recipe. The first time I made it, the market was out of fresh basil so I used fresh parsley and some dried basil and let pesto marinate overnight. It was still good.

Thanks for this video, very inspirational for me. I’ve tried and failed at the raw food diet about three times now, but I think I’m going to give it another shot, just incorperating more veggies like you said. You’re so beautiful! Keep up the good work.

Goddess Morning SkullQueen. Thanx so much for watching. I’m over the try&fail, becuz I fail everytime & then stress out becuz I “failed”. I’m learning to put emphasis on more fruits & veggies and have less run-ins w/my crack cake, oxtails, salmon, shrimp and wine. Listen to my body. This body temple tells us everything we need to know. I now enjoy feeling light after I eat and Hate feeling bloated and immobile after a heavy meal. Healing is a life journey opposed to a fad diet.

I have a little $20 round one from Ronco. Found it at Big Lots. But I am getting the newest one from excalibur-3000, 9 tray

You’re so right, I agree 100%. (love the “crack cake remark) I need to remember that raw food is it’s truly a lifestyle change so there really is no “fail” if you keep at it. I was raw for a 27 days before I went back to eating SAD, and i felt the difference right away. I felt so much lighter and more “me” on raw. I miss that feeling. I’m working my way back to it though.
