I’d like to start off by stating that the information in this article is only my opinion which is based on data I have read from expert authors and from more than a decade of living and eating the way I have on a daily basis. Couple that with my twice a year blood work which shows zero deficiencies, I believe that this information is very valuable. Possible it just works for me, my genetics and body type, I can’t say for certain. But, just like smoking cigarettes could probably affect each one of us with various degrees of health negatives, the green smoothie diet, I feel, will probably affect each one of us with varying degrees of health positives.
